History of CIS
The founders of CIS brought together their vast experience and achievements in the recruitment industry with the goal of creating an environment where others could learn from their expertise and thrive in their recruitment careers. Their vision was to make a lasting impact in Automotive and Mobility Executive Search by empowering employees and enriching not only their lives but also the communities around them.
From the outset, people have been at the heart of the business, with CIS’s core belief that “Every person matters” embedded in our strategy, behaviors, and interactions.
Since its inception, CIS has grown into a strong team of over 20 professionals at our Bangalore, India headquarters by December 2021. With ambitious plans to expand, we focus on hiring local talent and collaborating with industry leaders in sectors like Automotive Manufacturing, Semiconductors, and Clean Technologies, including Energy Storage, Hydrogen, and Battery Technology. In December 2024, CIS took a significant step by opening a branch in Mississauga, Ontario, becoming one of the first consultancy firms in this sector to establish a presence in Canada.
